Q: How do you determine the price to offer on my house?

We look at the location of the property, what repairs are needed, the current condition of the property, and the values of comparable houses sold in the area recently. With the recent events of COVID-19 and although the market may be a bit uncertain where prices possibly drop for the first time in a long time here in the Boise metro area, we will objectively consider the above information and your selling goals – not rumors or hype – to come up with a fair price that works for us and hopefully works for you too.
